EAST BRIGHTON WIN LADIES TROPHY AGAIN
Played at West Hove in fine summer weather over 18 holes. George Goddard (West Hove) and Ross Gilbert (Brighton & Hove) both recorded scores of 70, so a play off was required with George making birdie on first play off hole to win the Men's Championship.
HOLLY CROMPTON of East Brighton played very well to win the Mary Turton Trophy with a score of 80.--Well done Holly.
The new junior BDGS Champion is GEORGE MILLS of West Hove (72 gross)
Brighton and Hove were winners of the team Trophy with a 4 man total score of 301 from Wayne Humphrey 81, Andy Tolman 77, Ross Gilbert 70 and Rob Francis 73.
